Nask Studio collaborated with the Centre de la Photographie Genève on the Studio Africa exhibition, an exploration of the Contemporary African Art Collection (Pigozzi Collection), presented under the patronage of the Government of Monaco and the Monaco Cultural Affairs Department.
Curated by Joerg Bader, the exhibition brought together an extraordinary selection of works that reflect the depth and vibrancy of sub-Saharan African contemporary art. Nask Studio was responsible for designing the exhibition catalogue, ensuring the visual identity resonated with the collection’s rich diversity and cultural significance.
The catalogue, edited by Les Editions Centre de la Photographie Genève, was printed by Art et Caractère, with vital support from the Monaco Cultural Affairs Department and CAAC Art, the private collection created by Jean Pigozzi.
This publication is not merely a catalogue, but an immersive experience into the powerful and transformative role African contemporary art plays on the global stage, celebrating the legacy of this remarkable collection and its profound impact on the cultural landscape.
